基于ASP的網絡辦公系統設計與實現

摘要：本論文主要探討和研究的對象是基于ASP企業網絡辦公系統。隨著網絡技術的飛速發展，網絡辦公自動化已成為現代辦公的主流，這也就是我們通常說的“無紙辦公”，這種辦公方式不但提高了員工的工作效率，而且減少了辦公費用的支出，日常工作再也不受時間和地域限制。企業辦公自動化設計現代信息技術的迅速發展和廣泛應用，使企業在辦公的使用功能和科學化管理提出了全新的要求，辦公自動化是社會信息化發展的必然要求，在1個信息化的社會中，無論是任何1個企業，都離不開辦公自動化系統。辦公自動化系統開發的目的是盡可能充分地利用信息資源，提高效率和質量，輔助決策，提高管理和決策的科學化水平。本文介紹了采用了B/S模式，運用Internet的開發技術，選擇Windows XP系統為開發環境，以SQL Server 2000為數據庫開發平臺，IIS為應用服務器，采用ASP(Active Server Page)為腳本環境開發出來的企業網絡辦公系統的方法和過程。本系統包括了人事管理系統、工資管理系統、采購管理系統和個人辦公室模塊4大功能模塊。這4個功能模塊涵蓋了企業日常辦公管理的基本流程，具有很強的通用性和可移植性，能為企業營造具有綜合信息處理能力的現代化網絡辦公環境，真正實現辦公現代化、信息資源化、傳輸網絡化和決策科學化。

Abstract:The present paper main discussion and the research object is based on the ASP enterprise network work system.Along with the networking rapid development, the network office automation has become the modern work the mainstream, this also is we usually says“Non-paper work” , Not only this work way enhanced staffs working efficiency, moreover reduced the office expense disbursement, routine work again not time and region limit. The enterprise office automation design modern information technology rapid development and the widespread application, caused the enterprise set the brand-new request in the work use function and the scientific management, The office automation is the social informationization development inevitably request, in an informationization society, regardless of is any enterprise, cannot leave the office automation system. The office automation system development goal fully uses the information resource as far as possible, enhances the efficiency and the quality, the auxiliary decision-making, enhances the management and the policy-making scientific level.This article introduced has used B/The S pattern, utilizes Internet the development technology, chooses the Windows XP system as the develop environment, 2000 develops the platform take SQL Server as the database, IIS applies the server, uses ASP (Active Server Page) as the enterprise network work system method and the process which the script environment develops.This system has included the personnel management system, the wages management system management system, the purchase management system management system and individual office module four big function modules, these four function module has covered the enterprise daily administration of office basic flow, has very strong versatility and probability, also have the integrated information processing ability modernized network work environment for enterprise building, realizes the work modernization, information converting into resources, the transmission network and the policy-making scientific style truly.
