摘 要
隨著Internet技術的發展，人們的日常生活已經離不開網絡。未來社會人們的生活和工作將越來越依賴于數字技術的發展，越來越數字化、網絡化、電子化、虛擬化。求職招聘系統也隨著網絡的發展日益貼近人們的生活。Internet的發展歷程以及目前的應用狀況和發展趨勢，可以充分地相信網絡技術將極大的改變我們的生活和工作方式，甚至社會的價值觀也會發生某種變化。
找工作是當今時代的1個非常熱門的話題，求職者如何找到1份理想的工作？用人單位如何找到自己所需要的人才？Internet的出現很好的解決了這問題。本篇論文詳細講解了利用ASP技術及Winxp_sp2，IIS5.1， FrontPage 2003， ACCESS 2003，Sqlserver2000，IE6.0等軟件工具制作求職網站的建立和開發的過程。，主要內容有以下幾個方面: 1.概述 2.相關技術及開發環境介紹3.概要設計4.詳細設計5.系統安裝與運行6.系統測試。
論文共分成6個章節。第1、2章節的系統分析和需求分析主要論述了開發本系統之前對用戶業務活動的調查，及進行可行性分析并產生文件（第3、4章的概要設計和詳細設計主要是根據新系統的邏輯方案進行物理設計產生文檔。第5章的系統實施主要論述了程序編寫，軟、硬件的配置及系統的測試，維護等。
