試論中國(guó)古典舞身韻的形、神、勁、律

[摘要]雖然把訓(xùn)練“身法”與陶冶”神韻”的方法統(tǒng)稱為“身韻”，但進(jìn)1步去剖析，便可了解它包涵著“形、神、勁、律”4個(gè)不可分割的方面。身韻的4個(gè)方面與基訓(xùn)是同根同宗、相輔相成的，高水平的身韻給基訓(xùn)帶來(lái)好的氣質(zhì)和韻味，而好的基訓(xùn)給身韻帶來(lái)舒展和靈活。中國(guó)古典舞要從教學(xué)的角度開始建立，在中國(guó)古典舞的訓(xùn)練教學(xué)中必須掌握古典舞基本訓(xùn)練和身韻的實(shí)用性，身韻的4個(gè)方面在教學(xué)訓(xùn)練中起到10分重要的作用，是古典舞的精髓，存在著不可忽視的價(jià)值。
