　　一、構成項目

　　1、構成項目

　　本科畢業論文包括以下內容(按順序)：封面、內容提要與關鍵詞、目錄、正文、注釋、附錄、參考文獻、封底。其中“注釋”與“附錄”視具體情況安排，其余為必備項目。如果需要，可以在正文前加“引言”，在參考文獻后加“后記”。

　　2、各項目含義

　　封面：封面由文頭、論文標題、作者、院系、專業、年級、學號、指導教師、答辯日期、等內容組成。(具體見封面格式)

　　內容提要與關鍵詞：內容提要是對論文內容的概括性描述，應忠實于原文，字數控制在200—300字之間。關鍵詞是從論文標題、內容提要或正文中提取的、能表現論文主題的、具有實質意義的詞語，通常不超過7個。

　　目錄：列出論文正文的一、二級標題名稱及對應頁碼，附錄、參考文獻、后記等的對應頁碼。

　　正文：正文是論文的主體部分，通常由緒論(引論)、本論、結論三部分組成。這三部分在行文上可以不明確標示。正文的各個章節或部分應以若干層級標題來標識。正文字數以6 000—8000字為宜。

　　注釋：對所創造的名詞術語的解釋或對引文出處的說明。注釋采用腳注形式。

　　附錄：附屬于正文、對正文起補充說明作用的信息材料，可以是文字、表格、圖形、圖像等形式。

　　參考文獻：作者在寫作過程中使用過的文章、著作名錄。

　　二、畢業論文格式編排

　　1、紙型及頁邊距

　　畢業論文一律用國際標準a4型紙(297mmx210mm)打印。頁面分圖文區與白邊區兩部分，所有的文字、圖形、其他符號只能出現在圖文區內。頁邊距上、下、左、右均為2.5厘米，裝訂線為0厘米，統一采用1.5倍行間距編排。

　　2、版式與用字

　　文字圖形一律從左至右橫寫橫排。文字一律通欄編輯，使用規范的簡化漢字。除非必要，不使用繁體字。忌用異體字、復合字及其他不規范的漢字。

　　3、論文各部分的編排式樣及字體字號

　　文頭：封面頂部居中，4號宋體加粗，上下各空一行。固定內容為“中央廣播電視大學人才培養模式改革和開放教育試點會計學專業畢業論文”。

　　論文標題：2號黑體加粗，文頭下居中，上下各空兩行。

　　論文副標題：小2號黑體加粗，緊挨正標題下居中，文字前加破折號。

　　作者、學校、專業、年級、學號、指導教師、答辯日期、成績等項目名稱用3號黑體，內容用3號楷體，在正副標題下居中依次排列，各占一行。成績一欄內容留空，由論文答辯機構手寫。

　　中文內容提要及關鍵詞：排在封二或另起頁，標題3號黑體，頂部居中，上下各空一行;內容用5號宋體，每段起首空兩格，回行頂格。關鍵詞三個字用4號黑體，內容用5號黑體;關鍵詞通常不超過3-5個，詞間空一格。

　　目錄：另起頁，項目名稱用3號黑體，頂部居中;內容用小4號仿宋。

　　正文文字：另起頁，論文標題用3號黑體，頂部居中排列，上下各空一行;正文文字一般用小4號宋體，每段起首空兩格，回行頂格，單倍行距。

　　正文文中標題：

　　一級標題。標題序號為“一、”，4號黑體，獨占行，末尾不加標點;

　　二級標題，標題序號為“(一)”，與正文字體字號相同，獨占行，末尾不加標點;

　　三級以下標題，三、四、五級標題序號分別為“1.”、“(1)”和“①”，與正文字體字號相同，可根據標題的長短確定是否獨占行：若獨占行，則末尾不使用標點，否則，標題后必須加句號。每級標題的下一級標題應各自連續編號。
