      接到面試通知后,你欣喜不已,忙著查各種公司資料、面試題、“面經”。但到了面試前幾小時,你還是覺得惴惴不安,好像總是漏了些什么。本文將告訴你面試前幾小時你要做哪些準備,助你面試無壓力。

      1. It's important to have a healthy, substantial breakfast, of course, but it's just as important to eat well the night before so that you feel your best in the morning. Remember to limit caffeine to one or two servings. Chances are you'll already be feeling jittery, so put a cap on your coffee consumption.
