　　自我介紹時思路要清楚，突出重點，口語要自然流暢。考官其實是要借此了解你的口頭表達能力以及你的報名表之外的一些信息，可以精心設計一下自我介紹，也可以借鑒網上的范文，但一定要結合自身情況進行修改，凸顯出自己的特色。

　　1）我們一進入考場，考官一般都要求作自我介紹，開頭可以用一句話引入

　　例如：Dear professors， I feel so glad to meet all of you here。然后就可以進入主題，介紹自己及相關的信息等等。

　　2）自我介紹的主體內容

　　① 姓名，介紹自己姓名時，發音一定要慢要準。

　　② 年齡，年齡可說可不說，可以跟在姓名后帶過（I am XXX， 25 years old），也可以加上家鄉和家庭的介紹。

　　③ 原來的院校、專業：一定要把原來學校或公司的.英文名稱、專業的英文名稱弄清楚。在職考生則應將自己公司、自己職位、職稱的英文名稱弄明白。

　　④ 性格、能力，可以著重強調你的個性對你報考的專業有何積極的作用。以下是可供選擇的形容詞：carefully，detail—oriented、logical、steady、responsible、dependable、efficient、

　　Aggressive、adaptable、amicable等等。

　　在職考生或有過工作經驗的考生還可以強調一下你的工作成績，如：As the assistant to the General Manger of XXX Company， I have helped to negotiate a $200，000 deal for the corporation。

　　⑤ 愛好，一般可以從體育、音樂、電影等方面來說，同時要簡單說明這些愛好對你的積極意義。

　　⑥ 你對報考的專業有興趣，可適當舉出一些例子，如經常看相關的書籍、論文、文章、新聞等。在職考生可以強調知識教育對工作的影響。

　　在自我介紹完后，可以說下對未來的規劃包括學習規劃（研究生以后的方向）和人生規劃（短期及長期）。
