商務英語情景會話之備忘錄
A: I’ve been waiting here in the conference room for ten minutes already. What time dose our meeting start? Where is everyone anyway?A:我在會議室已經等了10分鐘了.會議什么時候開始?其他人都在哪兒?
B: Didn't you hear about that? Our meeting was postponed until Friday. B:你沒聽說嗎?會議推到周五了.
A: What? The meeting was postponed? No one told me anything about it. A:什么?會議推遲了?沒有人告訴我啊.
B: Did you get the memo?B:你沒有看到備忘錄嗎?
A: What memo? There haven't been any memos this whole week, I check my in-box every day, and I haven't seen anything. A:什么樣的備忘錄?整個這一周我也沒見過什么備忘錄。每天我都查看收文藍，什么也沒看見。
B: The memo ___①___ 3 days ago. It should have made it to your in-box, but maybe it __②__ in all the clutter on your desk. B:備忘錄是3天前發出去的，應該放進你的收文藍了，但也可能夾在你辦公桌上那堆亂七八糟的東西里面。
A: You know how things get piled up my desk when I am busy. I know that sometimes I do misplace things, but I always read all the memos that ___③___. They go directly to my in-box. Are you sure it was sent to whole office? A:你也知道我忙時桌上的東西會堆成山—我也清楚有時我會把東西放錯地方，但所有發下來的'備忘錄我都會看的。這些備忘錄都會直接放進我的收文藍。你肯定所有的辦公室都發了嗎？
B: It should have gone around to everybody. They also posted a copy of the memo in the break-room. Don't you ever look at the messages posted on the bulletin board? B:應該發給所有人了。他們還在休息室貼了一張備忘錄的復印件。你也沒看到布告欄上貼的信息嗎？
A: I'm usually too busy to take a bunch of coffee breaks and the gossip by the water cooler, Anyway, I'm sure the memo never got to my in-box. I'll have to talk to our secretary about it. A:我總是忙的顧不上喝咖啡休息一下，或是水冷卻器旁跟人閑聊。不管怎樣，我肯定我的收文藍里沒有備忘錄。我要去找秘書談談。
