　　How do you react to criticism by superiors if you believe it is unwarranted?

　　當你認為上司對你的批評不當時，你會如何處理?

　　Even if the criticism is unwarranted,it was caused by something.

　　即使批評不正確，也一定事出有因。

　　If it was something I did,I'd like to find out what it was.

　　假如是因為我做了什么事情而受批評，我非常想知道究竟是為什么。

　　I'd like to sit down with my superior and discuss what prompted the criticism and if it was some kind of misunderstanding,I'd like to clarify it.

　　我想與上司坐下來好好談談，弄清楚是什么原因導致這樣的批評。如果是誤解，我會澄清。
