      Although taking a part-time job while pursuing a degree is hard work, it has become a necessity for many students due to the rising costs associated with obtaining a higher education. However, for most students, the benefits of a part-time job are typically greater than the amount of a paycheck, which they use to cover their living and academic expenses. In general, taking a part-time job is a great way to attain first-hand, introductory experiences of working in the real world and of networking with other people, as opposed to the solitary pursuits involved in studying. Also, students who work during their studies are more likely to master better time-management skills than their counterparts because they have to measure out their time to make sure they can complete every task before its deadline. After students graduate, their workplace experiences would be attractive to their future employers because they are more accustomed to the professional world and would require a shorter transition period.

      積累素材對寫作的作用

      材料對寫作的主要作用是培養熱情,注重積累,同時也可以有靈感。

      近年來的中考,給材料作文已經成為一種常見的命題形式。

      材料作文是指命題者向考生提供某種具體材料,要求依據這些材料運用某種方式進行寫作。材料的內容多種多樣:有書面讀物,有生活情景;有文字的、有圖畫的……考生要根據材料要求,針對材料特點和作文要求,進行寫作。

      寫“給材料”作文,應該注意把握好以下幾點:

      一是認真閱讀材料,準確把握題意。

      正式寫作前,首先要認真閱讀這些材料,把握材料的內涵與要旨,搞懂命題所提出的寫作要求,準確地理解和掌握題意,然后據此寫作。否則,寫起來就會發生偏差,不合命題要求,甚至出現離題現象。

      二是緊扣材料要求,把握寫作重點。

      在讀懂材料內容、明確寫作要求的基礎上,要緊緊圍繞材料和要求來構思如何寫作。除了要明確寫作的文體要求之外,還必須緊扣材料的中心內容、正確把握寫作重點,尤其是文題中的關鍵性詞語所提示的寫作要求。如果我們對材料所提出的關鍵內容理解不透、不深,題目中的限制條件也不能在文章中表現出來,應當寫的重點都未寫,就會使文章內容游離于材料和題目之外,這就不合要求了,自然不會寫出好文章。
