　　1、是的，這套模具資料很清楚了;

　　2、沒有，我還有些地方需要和你再確認(rèn)一下;

　　3、現(xiàn)在，我們有基本的信息，例如：模穴數(shù)，產(chǎn)品材料，注塑機(jī)資料和模具材料等，但我們還沒有標(biāo)準(zhǔn)件的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，澆口要求和產(chǎn)品表面要求。

　　1) Is everything clear on this mould? ( Any question on this mould? )

　　-- Yes, everything is clear.

　　-- No, I need to confirm some questions with you.

　　-- Now, we have the basic information, such as: cavity number, product material, moulding machine specifications and steel information etc. But we do not have the standard of spare parts, gate requirements and the surface requirement of the part.

　　2)、這個(gè)產(chǎn)品有沒有問題?

　　1、沒有問題，客戶很專業(yè);

　　2、我檢查到了以下問題：

　　A. 除了骨位以外，大部分都加了撥模角。它不會(huì)影響模具結(jié)構(gòu);

　　B. 沒加撥模角。我沒有辦法確認(rèn)產(chǎn)品的分型面和模具結(jié)構(gòu)。

　　2)Any question on this product?

　　No. Our customer is very professional.

　　I found the following problems after checking it:

　　A. The draft angle is almost added except for some ribs. It will not affect the mould structure.

　　B. No draft angle on the part. We can not confirm the parting line and the mould construction.

　　3)、模具有沒有薄鋼位?

　　1、有，這里就有薄鋼位, 模具強(qiáng)度會(huì)受影響;

　　2、我仔細(xì)檢查了產(chǎn)品的3D圖，沒有看到薄鋼位，我如果以后發(fā)現(xiàn)了，我會(huì)立即告訴你。

　　3) Are there any weak steel (thin steel) areas on the mould?

　　1. Yes, Here is weak steel. Mould strength will be effected.

　　2. I have checked 3D part drawings carefully, no weak steel. I will let you know if I find it later.

　　4)、注塑后，產(chǎn)品會(huì)不會(huì)有縮水現(xiàn)象?

　　1、應(yīng)當(dāng)沒有，產(chǎn)品壁厚挺均勻的，產(chǎn)品可能會(huì)有輕微縮水;

　　2、這個(gè)產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)的壁厚不均勻，特別是這些柱位和骨位太厚了，縮水痕很明顯。產(chǎn)品是外觀件，我們強(qiáng)烈建議客戶修改產(chǎn)品;

　　4)After injection, will there be any sink marks on the part?

　　1.Should not have. The wall thickness is even. The part might have slight sink marks.

　　2. The part wall thickness is uneven, especially these ribs & bosses are too thick. The sink mark will be very visible. It is a cosmetic part. We strongly suggest customer to modify the part.

　　5)、注塑后，產(chǎn)品會(huì)不會(huì)變形?

　　1、應(yīng)當(dāng)不會(huì)變形，產(chǎn)品挺簡(jiǎn)單的;

　　2、很有可能會(huì)變形。產(chǎn)品又長(zhǎng)又薄，很容易變形。需告訴訴客戶這事。

　　3、產(chǎn)品是平板件，很容易變形。我們需要找到一個(gè)合適的澆口位置;

　　5) Will there be any deformation on the part?

　　1. No, the part is quite simple.

　　2. Possible. The part is very long and thin, very easy to be deformed ( warpage). Please inform customer about this.

　　3. The part is flat, easy to be deformed. We need to find a suitable gate location.

　　6)、產(chǎn)品前后模方向你是如何考慮的?

　　1、這很容易決定。外觀面前模出。它不會(huì)粘前模;

　　2、如果這邊前模出，產(chǎn)品有30%機(jī)會(huì)粘前模。我們需預(yù)留空間用于修改模。

　　3、我也是這么認(rèn)為的。不過，我們需做一些圖片，與客戶確認(rèn);
