　　一.選題

　　1.演講者本人

　　演講者必須了解和喜歡所選題目，在演講時(shí)才真正地投入，才能有信心、激情和真情，才能現(xiàn)場(chǎng)超常發(fā)揮。

　　2.考慮聽眾，包括評(píng)委

　　他們是演講者的裁判人，因此選題要考慮到聽眾的知識(shí)結(jié)構(gòu)、文化背景、英語(yǔ)水平、職業(yè)特征等。演講的內(nèi)容越貼近他們的生活，就越能引起他們的共鳴。

　　3.考慮時(shí)間及場(chǎng)合

　　要清楚比賽的時(shí)間地點(diǎn)，關(guān)注近段時(shí)間發(fā)生的特別事件或比賽地點(diǎn)的特別之處，演講人們關(guān)心的焦點(diǎn)內(nèi)容調(diào)動(dòng)聽眾和評(píng)委的激情。

　　二.遣詞造句

　　1.聽眾只有一次聽你演講的機(jī)會(huì)，因此演講時(shí)要盡量選用簡(jiǎn)單易懂的日常口語(yǔ)詞匯，盡量少用或不用大詞、難詞、生僻詞、句子也不宜過長(zhǎng)。

　　2.演講時(shí)盡量不要向聽眾或評(píng)委發(fā)問，避免人家不愿回答而感到尷尬，甚至亂了陣腳。

　　3.可以用設(shè)問的手法，自問自答，也有助于加重語(yǔ)氣，表達(dá)激動(dòng)的心情，演講生動(dòng)活潑引起聽眾的注意。但設(shè)問時(shí)語(yǔ)流要慢并且停頓一下，給聽眾一點(diǎn)回味的時(shí)間，然后再繼續(xù)表明自己的觀點(diǎn)。

　　三.運(yùn)用比喻、重復(fù)等修辭手段，增強(qiáng)演講的氣勢(shì)和感染力。

　　1.看演講現(xiàn)場(chǎng)空間的大小來把握說話速度和聲音大小，如果不是第一個(gè)演講，可以通過別人的演講效果來調(diào)整自己的語(yǔ)速和音量，同時(shí)考慮聽眾的英語(yǔ)水平。

　　2.根據(jù)演講內(nèi)容的重要程度來調(diào)整自己的語(yǔ)速和音量，重要的地方說話要慢而重，次要的地方可以說快一點(diǎn)、輕一點(diǎn)，讓聽眾感受到你的情感和態(tài)度。

　　2.身勢(shì)語(yǔ)：通過手勢(shì)表情或其他動(dòng)作增強(qiáng)語(yǔ)言的表達(dá)效果和感染力。但動(dòng)作一定不能過多，尤其不要重復(fù)某些毫無意義的手勢(shì)。也就是說動(dòng)作手勢(shì)應(yīng)當(dāng)與語(yǔ)言內(nèi)容協(xié)調(diào)一致，應(yīng)當(dāng)有助于聽眾理解語(yǔ)言的內(nèi)容。

　　3.目光接觸：演講時(shí)要注視觀眾，不時(shí)變換方向，讓聽眾覺得你們?cè)谥苯訉?duì)話，拉近與聽眾的距離。
