關(guān)于中國(guó)春節(jié)的由來(中英文版)
春節(jié)，是農(nóng)歷的歲首，也是我國(guó)古老的傳統(tǒng)節(jié)日。古代過“年”不是在臘月二十九日或三十日，而是在“蠟日”，即后來的“臘八”。南北朝以后，把“蠟祭”移至歲末。到了民國(guó)時(shí) ，改用陽歷，才把陰歷年叫“春節(jié)”，因?yàn)榇汗?jié)一般都在“立春”前后。
春節(jié)是我國(guó)最盛大、最熱鬧的一個(gè)古老傳統(tǒng)節(jié)日。俗稱“過年”。按照我國(guó)農(nóng)歷，正月初一古稱元日、元辰、元正、元朔、元旦等，俗稱年初一，還有上日、正朝、三朔、三朝、三始、三元等別稱，意即正月初一是年、月、日三者的開始。
春節(jié)，顧名思義就是春天的.節(jié)日。春天來臨，萬象更新，新一輪播種和收獲季節(jié)又要開始。 人們有足夠的理由載歌載舞來迎接這個(gè)節(jié)日。于是，節(jié)前就在門臉上貼上紅紙黃字的新年寄語。
春節(jié)的另一名稱叫過年�！澳辍笔鞘裁茨�?是一種為人們帶來壞運(yùn)氣的想象中的動(dòng)物。“年”一來。樹木凋蔽，百草不生;“年”一“過”，萬物生長(zhǎng)，鮮花遍地�！澳辍比绾尾拍苓^去呢?需用鞭炮轟 ，于是有了燃鞭炮的習(xí)俗。1993年，北京市人民政府頒布了禁放煙花爆竹的法律，使這一沿續(xù)了幾百年的習(xí)俗成為歷史。
春節(jié)是個(gè)親人團(tuán)聚的節(jié)日，這一點(diǎn)和西方的圣誕節(jié)很相似。離家的孩子這時(shí)要不遠(yuǎn)千里回到父母家里。真正過年的前一夜叫“除夕”，又叫“團(tuán)圓夜”，“團(tuán)年”。傳統(tǒng)的慶祝活動(dòng)則從除夕一直持續(xù)到正月十五元宵節(jié)。喜慶氣氛要持續(xù)一個(gè)月。 正月初一前有祭灶、祭祖、 掃除污穢。三十日要貼門神、對(duì)聯(lián)、掛旗、吃餃子、放鞭炮，除夕“守歲”等 儀 式;正月初一晚輩向長(zhǎng)輩拜年，然后至親友家賀年。親友第一次見面時(shí)，說些“恭賀新喜”、“恭喜發(fā)財(cái)”、“恭喜”、“過年好”等話，互相祝賀。
The Origin of Chinese New Year
The Chinese New Year is now popularly known as the Spring Festival because it starts from the Begining of Spring (the first of the twenty-four terms in coodination with the changes of Nature). Its origin is too old to be traced. Several explanations are hanging around. All agree, however, that the word Nian, which in modern Chinese solely means "year", was originally the name of a monster beast that started to prey on people the night before the beginning of a new year.
One legend goes that the beast Nian had a very big mouth that would swallow a great many people with one bite. People were very scared. One day, an old man came to their rescue, offering to subdue Nian. To Nian he said, "I hear say that you are very capable, but can you swallow the other beasts of prey on earth instead of people who are by no means of your worthy opponents?" So, it did swallow many of the beasts of prey on earth that also harrassed people and their domestic animals from time to time.
After that, the old man disappeared riding the beast Nian. He turned out to be an immortal god. Now that Nian is gone and other beasts of prey are also scared into forests, people begin to enjoy their peaceful life. Before the old man left, he had told people to put up red paper decorations on their windows and doors at each year's end to scare away Nian in case it sneaked back again, because red is the color the beast feared the most.From then on, the tradition of observing the conquest of Nian is carried on from generation to generation. The term "Guo Nian", which may mean "Survive the Nian" becomes today "Celebrate the (New) Year" as the word "guo" in Chinese having both the meaning of "pass-over" and "observe". The custom of putting up red paper and firing fire-crackers to scare away Nian should it have a chance to run loose is still around. However, people today have long forgotten why they are doing all this, except that they feel the color and the sound add to the excitement of the celebration.
春節(jié)知識(shí)
雖然今年除夕也是假期，可除夕加班卻沒有三倍工資。年初一、初二、初三加班才有三倍工資，而除夕當(dāng)天的加班待遇要“低人一等”，只有雙倍。這是因?yàn)榘凑找?guī)定，今年的除夕只能算調(diào)休而非法定節(jié)假日。
除夕屬調(diào)休 加班只有兩倍工資
國(guó)務(wù)院辦公廳在2014年12月16日發(fā)布《關(guān)于2015年部分節(jié)假日安排的通知》，規(guī)定了2015年的法定節(jié)假日調(diào)休日期的具體安排。其中春節(jié)的具體安排為2月18日即農(nóng)歷除夕當(dāng)天至2月24日放假調(diào)休，共七天。盡管除夕也在放假的時(shí)間范圍內(nèi)，但加班費(fèi)的支付卻要執(zhí)行《全國(guó)年節(jié)及紀(jì)念日放假辦法》的規(guī)定。
這一辦法于2013年進(jìn)行了第三次修訂，修訂后的《辦法》規(guī)定，春節(jié)放假三天為農(nóng)歷正月初一、初二、初三。因此，今年除夕當(dāng)天屬于調(diào)休范圍而非法定節(jié)假日，如果有民眾在除夕當(dāng)天加班而不能安排補(bǔ)休的，只能拿到雙倍工資。
