　　耶穌誕生的那一晚，一在曠野看守羊群的牧羊人，突然聽見有聲音自天上傳來，向他們報(bào)耶穌降生的好消息。根據(jù)圣經(jīng)記載，耶穌來是要作世人的王，因此天使便透過這些牧羊人把消息傳給更多的人知道。
