一、負(fù)責(zé)組織領(lǐng)導(dǎo)部門制造組對(duì)新報(bào)模具的設(shè)計(jì)、制造及整理工作；
二、負(fù)責(zé)與生產(chǎn)部生技科協(xié)調(diào)修理老產(chǎn)品模具等事項(xiàng)；
三、對(duì)本科室人員進(jìn)行工作指導(dǎo)、考核、培訓(xùn)和任免的'責(zé)任；
四、組織現(xiàn)場(chǎng)管理，推行5s及本科室的設(shè)備保養(yǎng)等事項(xiàng)。

負(fù)責(zé)模具總體設(shè)計(jì),指導(dǎo)組員進(jìn)行模具設(shè)計(jì),對(duì)模具進(jìn)行評(píng)審,做dfm
任職要求:
1)5年以上模具設(shè)計(jì)或模具評(píng)審相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn),大專以上學(xué)歷,模具或機(jī)械類相關(guān)專業(yè)
2)有一定的`英語基礎(chǔ),能夠進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)單的讀寫
3)對(duì)塑膠模具的結(jié)構(gòu)和制作流程非常清楚,能夠?qū)δ＞哌M(jìn)行評(píng)審和dfm
4)熟悉pro-e及辦公軟件
