My name is XXX, graduated from the China University of Mining and Technology, was studying financial management specialty. The following is my personal letter of introduction.

1.性別稱呼不當

求職信的內容就應該僅是一封信。大致瀏覽一下內容，雖然你希望自己的求職信不是只有一兩句話那么簡單，但也不要寫成多頁的長篇大論。以結構清楚的三個段落概括出你對該職位的興趣以及你的資歷，是求職信的理想模式。過于簡短的求職信會讓人覺得不夠努力且缺乏重視，過于冗長的則讓人心生厭倦不想看下去。
4.遵從要求
雇主都想要知道你是否能按照要求做好事情——這一評價從你的求職信開始。請按照要求的將簡歷制作成固定的文件格式 (PDF格式、微軟WORD文檔、文本文件等)，并發給某個制定的人。同樣的，若招聘說明中要求你寫出薪資要求以供參考，那么寫上你期待的薪資水平，除非你根本不想成為這一職位的候選人。在這一階段如果忽略了某項明確列出的要求，那么你注定要被淘汰了。
