秘笈4 證明能力

另外還有一些內容雖然不屬于求職信的一部分，但是也不能忽視，如求職信的用紙，一般采用A4幅面的紙張，正文用打印機打印出來，信末必須親筆簽名。打印字體不宜過大，這樣會增加篇幅，也不宜太小，給別人增添麻煩。字體不要采用花體，用黑體、宋體、仿宋就可以了，顯得正式而尊重。如沒有特殊情況，盡量少用彩色。總之簡潔大方就可以了，不要弄得過于花哨。
