答：如果對(duì)收信人的性別、姓名、職務(wù)或其他資料掌握不多的話，用一句“Dearsir or madam”最合適。
問(wèn)：稱呼女性，Miss/Mrs./Ms.用哪個(gè)比較好?
答：近年來(lái)，越來(lái)越多的人喜歡用“Ms.”來(lái)籠統(tǒng)地稱呼女性，這樣可以避免判斷不清對(duì)方婚否等敏感話題所帶來(lái)的尷尬，是一種大趨勢(shì)。
問(wèn)：用頭銜稱呼收信人，在頭銜后是加上姓和名，還是只加姓氏?
