Here I’d like to take this opportunity to recommend myself to be transferred to XX department。I feel I’m competent to be a I have been working with XX since Aug.2003, at the beginning I was working as a technician and then promoted To team leader the next year. In Jan.2007 I was promoted to assistant supervisor, I thought that it’s a recognition and encouragement to my job for me.
In the meantime I was working hard and provided good ideas to reduce the build time and enhance the reliability of products, solved a lot of intractable issues at especially the earlier production of XX in China.
Besides my routine I have been providing great amount of supports on site and via phone to FE’s and customers, this helped me to understand practise the course of service, on the other hand,I showed my professional skill in customer service,good attitude and communication skill. I think they were the basic requirements what a service person should have.
I have good experience in troubleshooting, especially in the electric field.
I’m familiar with AA in building and troubleshooting, having basic knowledge and operating experience in platform machine. although I’m now not good at BB service,but I think it could be mastered without too much of time through product training and with my effort, as I’m a quick learner and I’m aggressive . I hope to continue the service to XX Because of she is a good company with long history and good corporation culture. What the most important is I have been perfecting myself in XX

除了我日常的工作外，我還為現場工程師（FE)提供了大量的現場支持和電話支持,這些讓我理解實踐了售后服務的方針，另一方面，我也在客戶服務中展示了我專業的技能，良好的態度和溝通技巧，我想這是作為一個服務人員所基本的要求。我有豐富的故障排除經驗，特別是在電氣方面。我非常熟悉AA機器的組裝和故障排除，對BB機器有基本的了解和操作經驗。盡管我在BB機器的維修方面暫時還不精通，我想，通過培訓它將不會花太長的時間去精通，因為我是一個能快速學會且有斗志的人。我希望能繼續在XX公司服務，因為它是一個有著悠久歷史和良好企業文化的公司，更重要的是，我在XX公司一直完善我自己。
