　　溫馨提示：宣講會中不得不知的“潛規則”

　　(一)參會前多做功課，了解職位設置，更了解自己適合的位置

　　這樣你就知道自己在整個宣講會中該著重聽哪些部分，在珍貴的交流環境多問一些有關的問題。

　　(二)早點排隊占座，爭取能坐到主席臺的視線容易落到的地方

　　不要小看自己的位次，如果是能夠和主席臺目光交流的地方，不僅會在潛意識中為HR留下印象(當然你要保持微笑，保持熱情，整潔大方)，而且也無形中增加了你想提問時被點到的幾率。

　　(三)不要被炫目的舞臺所迷惑，要學會提取信息

　　比如播放企業宣傳片、flash時提到的一些公司的一些標語、口號、主題等等，這些都有可能是你面試時候遇到的問題，而且如果你能掌控面試過程的話，這些也是你表現的最好的點。

　　(四)最重要的，著重關注想要申請的部門的宣傳片

　　這些宣傳片有的是一個工作場景的展示，有的是員工的現身說法，也有是一個具體問題的解決，要站在一定的高度上去高度重視這個。如有的宣傳片是講在這個部門內一個具體工作的`實施的記錄，可以注意他的工作流程是什么樣的?主管是什么?同事做的都是什么樣的工作?遇到問題的時候向誰求助?向誰請示?誰是你的匯報對象?等等。留心并記錄，也許你面試的時候發現面試官很面熟，對，如果你說出你記得他，在宣傳片里給你留下很深的印象，是不是也能給你自己的面試加分不少?
