實(shí)習(xí)生招聘 對(duì)于很多外企來(lái)說(shuō)，更多是一個(gè)雇主品牌建設(shè)的項(xiàng)目，并不指望實(shí)習(xí)生可以給部門(mén)帶來(lái)多少獲益，因此很多時(shí)候干的都是一些很瑣碎的活，或者是在一個(gè)很大的項(xiàng)目里做著很基礎(chǔ)的工作，比如說(shuō)在一個(gè)年度主打的市場(chǎng)推廣活動(dòng)中負(fù)責(zé)各城市物料的發(fā)放，給一個(gè)公司重點(diǎn)客戶的報(bào)告整理基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)，有時(shí)候枯燥得簡(jiǎn)直會(huì)懷疑人生。
但無(wú)論如何，實(shí)習(xí)階段你還有新鮮感，盡量把所有這些負(fù)面因素排空，滿懷熱情地接受任務(wù)，特別是外企非常講究細(xì)節(jié)，很多瑣碎的'事情改了又改，一定要經(jīng)得起這個(gè)耐心，所有的一切，就是要讓部門(mén)的其他正式員工覺(jué)得“這小孩挺有心的/這小孩挺聽(tīng)話的/這小孩挺好用的”只有在這個(gè)基礎(chǔ)上，人家才會(huì)教給你東西，你才不辜負(fù)你的枯燥勞動(dòng)，做到這一步，你的實(shí)習(xí)生涯就有了良好的開(kāi)端!
在大部分成體系的公司的實(shí)習(xí)階段里，熱情的工作態(tài)度比工作結(jié)果還要重要!
2、了解一些職場(chǎng)的基礎(chǔ)技能和常識(shí)
不同的企業(yè)有不同的規(guī)則要求，明規(guī)則潛規(guī)則，實(shí)習(xí)生階段暫時(shí)不用理會(huì)，但是一些通用的職場(chǎng)技能和常識(shí)卻應(yīng)該充分掌握，郵件怎么措施，發(fā)送給誰(shuí)，抄送給誰(shuí)，什么問(wèn)題應(yīng)該找什么部門(mén)，基礎(chǔ)得不能再基礎(chǔ)，但是往往很多實(shí)習(xí)生都沒(méi)有能做好，比如發(fā)郵件跨部門(mén)溝通沒(méi)有抄送老板;
3、掌握實(shí)習(xí)部門(mén)的業(yè)務(wù)的重點(diǎn)
