      面試后應(yīng)該說的話

      當(dāng)面試官在規(guī)定時間內(nèi)完成了一切面試工作后,他總會禮貌地請你回去等候通知。一般來說,你總會說聲謝謝,然后不卑不亢故作鎮(zhèn)靜地走開,然而事實上你在回家的路上已經(jīng)在開始焦急地等待回音,就像一個沒有經(jīng)濟來源的女人愛上了一個不回家的男人———“初見那時美麗的相約……愿意承受這樣的輸贏結(jié)果……依然無怨無悔期待你的出現(xiàn)……”

      可是,如果你在說聲“謝謝”之前再說上一句變被動為主動的話,你的等待至少不會漫漫無期。

      “你能給我這份工作嗎?”

      據(jù)說,有很多人是因為在面試結(jié)束時勇敢地問了這個問題或是諸如此類的問題,最終得到了那份工作。也許是這樣的勇敢打動了老板;也許是這份執(zhí)著熱切讓老板不好意思再拒絕。也許根本就是運氣———但不管如何,在聽完了面試官對那份工作的描述后,你可以張口說出這句話,你將得到的最壞答復(fù)就是“不行”或是“我們需要時間對所有的面試者進行綜合評估”。

      “我最晚什么時候能得到回音?”

      面試完后,面對你的勇敢,面試官也許會說,“我們需要時間考慮”或是“我們會打電話給你約第二次面試時間”。為了掌握主動,你可繼續(xù)你的問題,因為你想知道最壞的結(jié)果。也許,面試官會說:“不會有什么回音了。”你或許會心痛或許會落荒而逃,但你不得不承認(rèn),至少這位面試官是認(rèn)真而誠實的,你也可以重開爐灶全力以赴地準(zhǔn)備下一次面試。

      “如果因為種種原因你沒有在最后期限通知我,我可以聯(lián)系你嗎?”

      也許面試官會因為這樣的問題惱火,但大部分人會理解你的心情,知道自己一旦忙起來會顧不上與你的約定。如果這樣,你主動聯(lián)系他也是對他的工作的幫助。當(dāng)然如果他們對你不感興趣,他們也一定會給出暗示:他們只是在敷衍你。

      “你能否介紹一些其他可能對我感興趣的人?”

      如果你知道你已被拒絕,不妨問出這個問題,或許會有一份意外的.收獲。要知道,大部分面試官都與人為善且愿意互相幫助,很可能他不需要你,而他的一位正求賢若渴的朋友剛好需要你。

      在勇敢地問出你的問題后,仔細地記錄下可能存在的約定,并誠懇地對面試官為你多化費時間表示感謝,最后離開。回家后,整理一下思緒,今天的求職工作結(jié)束———且慢,還有最后一件事,寫一封感謝信寄出,這是面試過程的最后一個環(huán)節(jié)。
