On the other side, its management is not perfect. Even kids can open the lock and ride the bicycle, there is no doubt that such behavior is very dangerous. What's more, many people deliberately break it, like throw it to the river or destroy the code above it.
In my opinion, we should take a developing view about bicycle sharing. It is obviously helpful to human beings as a high-tech product. The government should introduce relevant provisions to regulate this market to avoid its disadvantages.

案例一：共享單車存在安全隱患問題
馮先生向法院起訴稱，今年1月28日21時(shí)左右，他從地鐵八通線中國傳媒大學(xué)站出站，通過手機(jī)掃碼租用了拜克洛克公司投放運(yùn)營的ofo共享單車。在騎行不到100 米處遇到下坡，結(jié)果自行車剎車突然失靈，導(dǎo)致他連人帶車失控摔倒。
據(jù)馮先生回憶，當(dāng)時(shí)其面部著地，牙齒當(dāng)場(chǎng)折斷5顆、缺損1顆，唇部、面部均受傷嚴(yán)重，經(jīng)診斷為上下唇內(nèi)外及面部挫裂傷，鼻梁骨折。馮先生認(rèn)為，拜克洛克公司投放的產(chǎn)品應(yīng)經(jīng)國家有關(guān)部門許可，應(yīng)保證產(chǎn)品不存在質(zhì)量缺陷和安全隱患，運(yùn)營過程中亦應(yīng)做好維護(hù)保養(yǎng)檢修工作，保障使用者人身安全。為此，馮先生將拜克洛克公司訴至法院，要求該公司賠償醫(yī)療費(fèi)、誤工費(fèi)、傷殘賠償金、后續(xù)治療費(fèi)、交通費(fèi)、精神損害撫慰金等共2萬元。

如今在城市大熱的共享單車，遭遇人為破壞的案例越來越多。近日，在廣東廣州市海珠區(qū)康樂涌，記者就目睹了環(huán)衛(wèi)工人從涌里打撈9輛共享單車，其中有摩拜、小藍(lán)、ofo、小鳴。這些車，跟它的其他同伴們，不知何時(shí)被人沉河。
在北京、上海等地，共享單車遭遇“人為的.傷害”屢見不鮮。作為一種互聯(lián)網(wǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)，共享單車有助于建設(shè)一個(gè)低成本、高效率的社會(huì)。共享單車不僅倡導(dǎo)了一種健康、環(huán)保的生活方式，也便利了老百姓的出行，降低了公眾的出行成本。惠民、利民的共享單車，卻成為一些人的“眼中釘，肉中刺”，欲除之而后快。
案例三：首起摩拜單車失竊案作出判決
12月6日，澎湃新聞?dòng)浾邚纳虾Ｊ虚h行區(qū)人民法院獲悉，該法院對(duì)閔行區(qū)首起摩拜單車失竊案作出一審判決，判處韓某拘役三個(gè)月，緩刑三個(gè)月，并處罰金人民幣1000元。
據(jù)法院介紹，中年男子韓某現(xiàn)年50多歲，他從江蘇揚(yáng)州農(nóng)村來上海打工。經(jīng)過多日觀察，韓某發(fā)現(xiàn)自己租住房屋小區(qū)的門口，有一輛摩拜單車多日無人問津，遂于2016年9月14日夜里11點(diǎn)多，將該單車搬回自己的住處。
四天后，該單車所屬公司員工通過裝在摩拜單車上的定位裝置進(jìn)行精確定位，并按照定位的地址找到了韓某家，大門緊閉，該公司員工選擇報(bào)警。
到案后，韓某表示，他認(rèn)為涉案單車外觀大氣，顏色美觀，比較高大上，便動(dòng)了將該單車據(jù)為己有的念頭。他不知道的是涉案單車價(jià)值1800元。法院審理后認(rèn)為，韓某以非法占有為目的，秘密竊取公私財(cái)物，數(shù)額較大，其行為已構(gòu)成盜竊罪，依法應(yīng)予懲處。但其有坦白情節(jié)，可以從輕處罰，據(jù)此，法院做出了如上判決。
