如何讓你的面試與眾不同
1.別看上去利益熏心
don't ask: how long before i get a promotion?
不要這樣問(wèn)：我要多久才能升職?
do ask: what are the opportunities for advancement, and do you typically promote from within?
應(yīng)該這樣問(wèn)：在公司里晉升的機(jī)會(huì)是怎么樣的?公司一般會(huì)不會(huì)在內(nèi)部提升員工職位?
2.別讓面試官難堪
don't ask: is there anything about me that would prevent me from getting this job?
不要這樣問(wèn)：你覺(jué)得有什么缺點(diǎn)會(huì)讓我得不到這份工作?
do ask: what qualifications are you looking for in the person who fills this job?
應(yīng)該這樣問(wèn)：你們覺(jué)得什么樣的.人適合這個(gè)工作崗位?
3.別太八卦
don't ask: i heard the ceo was involved in scandalous activity; is that true?
不要這樣問(wèn)：我聽(tīng)說(shuō)你們的ceo現(xiàn)在丑聞纏身，是不是真的啊?
do ask: while researching your firm i learned that the company recently [fill in the blank]. can you tell me a little bit more about this development?
應(yīng)該這樣問(wèn)：在我對(duì)貴公司進(jìn)行調(diào)查了解的時(shí)候，我發(fā)現(xiàn)貴公司正身陷…，你能不能多給我一點(diǎn)關(guān)于這件事情的消息呢?
4.別問(wèn)得太細(xì)
don't ask: can you break down my day in terms of hours spent doing a, b, c, d, etc.?
不要這樣問(wèn)：你能不能把我每天要做的事按照一二三四地給我詳細(xì)說(shuō)說(shuō)?
do ask: can you tell me what my average day would be like?
應(yīng)該這樣問(wèn)：你能否給我介紹一下我的日常工作安排?
5.別看上去貪婪成性
don't ask: what kinds of perks do you get around here?
不要這樣問(wèn)：你們公司有什么福利?
do ask: what do you enjoy most about working here?
應(yīng)該這樣問(wèn)：你覺(jué)得什么是你在公司里感到最享受的?
6.別關(guān)注負(fù)面問(wèn)題
don't ask: what's the worst part about this job?
不要這樣問(wèn)：這份工作最糟糕的是什么?
do ask: given my background and experience, what do you think will be the greatest challenge for me in the beginning?
應(yīng)該這樣問(wèn)：根據(jù)我的背景和經(jīng)驗(yàn)，你認(rèn)為我剛開(kāi)始從事這份工作會(huì)遇到的最大的挑戰(zhàn)是什么?
7.別問(wèn)沒(méi)必要的問(wèn)題
don't ask: how many other applicants are you interviewing?
不要這樣問(wèn)：你們一共面試了多少候選人?
do ask: how soon do you expect to make a decision?
應(yīng)該這樣問(wèn)：你們大概需要多久可以做出決定?
