1. Research the company. Commit important details, such as the business' mission and goals, and services it has performed for the community, to memory. Review the history of the business and become familiar with its partners and competitors.
研究一下這個公司。要涉及到細節內容，比如公司任務和目標，還有已經為社會所提供的服務，要牢記。回顧一下公司的歷史，而且要對它的合作伙伴和競爭對手都熟悉。
2. Prepare a short biography of yourself using three to five qualities that describe who you are but that are also important to the employer. Memorize the first two sentences of your biography and prepare to lead with this sentence when asked to describe yourself.
準備一份簡介，寫3到5個特點，既要介紹清楚自己，還要讓雇主覺得這些特點對他來說很重要。要記住簡介的前兩句話，當考官要求你做自我介紹時，用這兩句開頭。
3. Practice answering difficult questions before the interview. Rehearse answers, but work on fluently delivering the answers so they do not seem forced. Common questions at an interview include those about your strengths, weaknesses and your interest in the company.

面試結束后，給面試官寫一封感謝信。表達一下對面試官付出寶貴時間的感激，順便表達一下你對應聘工作的興趣，再提一些面試時所收獲到的好的見解。
