2015如何準備實習面試？
Internships are often unpaid positions that last for a set amount of time -- a semester, a quarter or the entire summer, for instance. The interview process is the most important part of securing the internship.
實習職位通常都是沒有薪水的。實習時間從一個學期、一個季度到一個暑假不等。實習面試是確定你是否適合實習工作的最重要的方式。
1.Review the job description for the internship. You must fully understand what your potential employer expects you to accomplish during the course of your internship.
仔細查看實習職位說明。你必須完全明白你的未來雇主需要你在實習期間完成什么樣的工作。
2.Obtain as much information about the interview as you can. Contact the person who called or emailed you to set up the interview, if necessary. Ask the person to identify the parties who will interview you, the interview length and whether you need to bring a writing sample with you.
盡可能多的收集有關面試的信息。如果需要的話，可以和通知你面試的人取得聯系，詢問他/她有關面試官的信息，面試時長，是否需要自帶寫作樣本。
3.Identify the classes you have taken and jobs you have held that are most relevant to the position. Additionally, identify the previous jobs you have held that you feel are most relevant.
把實習職位和你學過的最相關的課程聯系起來。另外，從你之前的工作經歷中找出與申請的實習職位最相關的那些工作經歷。
4.Review the resume that you submitted to make sure that it lists the most relevant jobs and coursework that you thought of. Because you are approaching the interview stage, you likely submitted your resume to secure the interview.
重新看一遍你遞交的簡歷，確保簡歷上提及的工作經歷和所學課程與實習職位有密切關聯，因為當你在面試的時候，簡歷是必不可少的。
5.Prepare professional attire and appearance. Men should wear a suit and tie of conservative colors and fabric. Women should wear a two-piece, matched suit. Pantsuits and skirts are acceptable. Skirts should cover your thighs when you are seated.
準備好職業著裝和打扮。男生需要穿西服打領帶，顏色和材質以傳統為主。女生需身穿兩件套的職業套裝，褲裝和裙裝都可以，裙子的長短應該是在你坐下來的時候，裙子能蓋住你的大腿。
6.Prepare answers for common interview questions, such as "Why do you want to work for us?" and "Tell me about yourself?" Although you cannot predict every question that you will be asked, preparing answers to these common questions helps you memorize the most relevant answers. You are likely to be asked about previous jobs, relevant classes and personal characteristics that make you a good fit.
為面試中常見問題做好準備。面試中的常見問題有“你為什么想來我們公司工作?”“說說有關你自己的情況?”盡管你不可能預測到面試中的所有問題，準備這些常見問題的過程中可以幫助你想起那些最相關的回答。你可能會被問到以前的工作經歷、相關的課程，還有你的性格等，做好準備會讓你應對得體。
7.Practice answering interview questions with a friend, a coworker or a family member. Doing so will ease nervousness on the interview day.
在你的朋友、伙伴或家人面前演練面試回答問題的環節，這樣做可以讓你在面試當天不那么緊張。
