英語面試心得
求職面試，常常讓大家煞費苦心 (nerve-wracking)。現(xiàn)如今，很多企業(yè)都采取雙語面試 (bilingual)，對于interviewee (面試者) 而言，如果能hold住如此高逼格的面試，great expectation (遠大前程) 也算是指日可待了。
對于面試，小編可謂頗有心得。由于十分享受面試帶來的快感，我曾在三年內(nèi)面試過世界五百強中的15家企業(yè)，并順利拿到14個offer，這酸爽，讓我從此不愛上班，只愛面試。Actually，job interview 不僅是找工作的第一站，也是教好求職技巧的必修課，在面試英語上奮斗多年的我，贈有緣人金玉良言如下：Fail to plan, plan to fail(不打無準備之仗)。

簡略介紹自己，結(jié)合自身經(jīng)歷告訴面試官，為何申請此次職位。一定要確定，自己對簡歷十分了解。

This is where you research beforehand really comes into good use. Choose a couple of these to impress them with: products, services, size of company, reputation, history, culture.
此時，你對公司的事先了解工作就派上用場了。選擇一些提前搜集的資料，給面試官留下深刻印象，比如：公司的產(chǎn)品、服務(wù)、規(guī)模、聲望、歷史文化等

"I often spend more time on my work."
我比別人花更多的時間在工作上。
"I am always a good leader."
我總是能成為一個好的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)。

Take a good look at the job description and relate your strengths to that.
你所描述的優(yōu)點要盡量與你所應(yīng)聘的職位相匹配。
“花更多時間”是一個比較危險的答案，因為它可能踩到某些HR的雷區(qū)：你的工作效率低。現(xiàn)代工作方式中，很多人喜歡在高效的基礎(chǔ)上找樂于奉獻者，所以不要單純地拿“時間”作為衡量優(yōu)勢的標準。
“好領(lǐng)導(dǎo)”這樣的回答可以體現(xiàn)自己的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力，但常常會讓人覺得aggressive(有攻擊性)。請注意答題的邏輯性，不吹噓，也不自負，但能讓面試官清楚，你，知道自己的優(yōu)點，而且該優(yōu)點會為公司創(chuàng)造利益。

"I have no weaknesses."

你不能說你沒有任何弱點，以此來回避這個問題。面試官希望你承認弱點，因為這會使你更坦誠，但同時表明你在予以改進，并有克服弱點的計劃。可能的話，你可說出一項可能會給公司帶來好處的弱點，如：
“大多數(shù)時候，我太過堅持，因為我很希望把一個工作完全搞定再停下來。這聽起來還不錯，但是當(dāng)我在團隊中工作的時候，我應(yīng)該保證總體利益最大化，應(yīng)該在合作中更加靈活。”
"On some occasions, I am too persistent, because I don’t want to stop until a job is well done. It sounds good to be like that, but when working in a team, I should pay more attention to maximize our profits, and be more flexible when cooperating with others."

Why should we hire you?
Strategy 策略
This is your chance to show how you are different from other candidates. Please include your personal skills and passion, which would be suited to the position. Try to think about this question from the perspective of the interviewer, and then you may get the answer.
這是你展示自己獨特性的好機會，最好能包含職業(yè)所需的技能和熱情，嘗試著從面試官的角度來思考公司的需求，而你的答案，則需要迎合需求。比較好的回答是：1. 我在這個行業(yè)工作很久了，所以，了解貴公司;2. 我適合這個崗位，擁有做好這個崗位所需要的工作能力。

Final Advice
Don't make any of your answers too long, 1-2 minutes is the ideal length.
