英語請假條格式

　　請假條[因事需離開而不能履行自己的指責/上課，就應該寫事假條征得上級負責人/老師同意。事假條一般都很短，只需將事由交代清楚。

英語請假條格式

　　1.事假條(note asking for affair /business

　　leave)【采用書信格式;注明請假期限及事由;事由要充分，語氣要恭敬。】

　　例一

　　16 May, 200

　　Dear Mr. Brown,

　　I beg to inform you that I shall be unable to come to school / your class today because of an important business in the family.

　　Your loving student

　　J. Smith

　　我因家中一重要事情今天不能到校，向您請假。

　　例二

　　1 March, 200

　　Dear Director,

　　I beg to apply for one’s week’s leave of absence from the 1st to 7th instant, both days inclusive, in order to return home to see my grandfather, who is now serious ill. To support my application, I herewith submit the telegram received from my father last night.

　　Respectfully,

　　James Smith

　　instant本月的(略作 inst.)： your letter of the 28th instant您本月二十八日的來函
