英語請(qǐng)假條格式
請(qǐng)假條[因事需離開而不能履行自己的指責(zé)/上課，就應(yīng)該寫事假條征得上級(jí)負(fù)責(zé)人/老師同意。事假條一般都很短，只需將事由交代清楚。
1.事假條(note asking for affair /business
leave)【采用書信格式;注明請(qǐng)假期限及事由;事由要充分，語氣要恭敬。】
例一
16 May, 200
Dear Mr. Brown,
I beg to inform you that I shall be unable to come to school / your class today because of an important business in the family.

我因家中一重要事情今天不能到校，向您請(qǐng)假。
例二
1 March, 200
Dear Director,
I beg to apply for one’s week’s leave of absence from the 1st to 7th instant, both days inclusive, in order to return home to see my grandfather, who is now serious ill. To support my application, I herewith submit the telegram received from my father last night.

I am very sorry that I shall be unable to come to your classes today owing to a bad cold. I enclose a certificate from the doctor who is attending me. He said it will be two or three days before I shall be able to resume my school.
