英文求信的寫法詳解
Whether youre submitting a resume cold or responding to a job posting, always include a cover letter. Yes, theyre tedious to write, but a solid cover letter can make the difference between getting the job and getting nowhere.
不管你是遞歷簡還是回應(yīng)一份招聘啟事，記得要加上一封求職介紹信。是，這很沉悶，但是一封嚴(yán)肅的信會決定你得到作工還是一無所獲。
Address the Recruiter: Start your letter with the date. Skip two lines and write the recruiters full name, preceded by Mr. or Ms. Then, list the recruiters title and the company name and address. If you dont know the recruiters name, simply list the company name and address.
寫給招聘員工：信件的開始寫上日期�？諆尚袑懮险衅竼T工的全名，名字之前加上Mr.或者M(jìn)s。然后列出招聘員工的頭銜、司公名字和地址。如果你不知道招聘員工的名字，簡單的寫上司公名字和地址吧。
Say Hello: Two lines below the header, greet the recruiter with "Dear Mr." or "Ms.", followed by his/her last name and a colon. Dont use the first name, even if youve met the recruiter before; its unprofessional to be immediately informal. If you dont know the recruiters name, address the letter, "To Whom It May Concern."

Introduce Yourself: State your letters purpose in the first paragraph. Tell the recruiter which position youre applying for and why it interests you. Briefly list your top qualifications. If youre responding to a job posting, mention where you saw it.
自俺介紹：在第一段寫上這封信的目的。告知招聘員工你要申請哪個(gè)職位以及為什么你對這個(gè)職位感興趣。簡短的列出你的最高學(xué)歷。如果你對一份招聘啟事做出回應(yīng)，要寫上你是在哪里看到它的。
Sell Yourself: The second paragraph is the most important: Its your sell. Summarize your credentials, but dont reiterate your resume. List your most relevant accomplishments from previous jobs, internships or volunteer work. Emphasize your qualifications for the job by highlighting applicable skills. If youre responding to an ad, you have an edge: You already know the job requirements. Make sure you address them.
推銷己自：第二段是最重要的：這是推銷己自的時(shí)候。簡短的說說你有什么證書，但是不要重述歷簡上的內(nèi)容。列出你在之前的作工、實(shí)習(xí)或者志愿作工中取得過什么相關(guān)的重大成就。通過突出你的應(yīng)用能力來強(qiáng)調(diào)你很適合這份作工。如果是回應(yīng)招聘廣告，你就有一個(gè)優(yōu)勢：你已經(jīng)知道作工需求了，確保你對這些要求做出了說明。
Flatter Your Reader: The third paragraph should clarify why you want to work at this particular company. Explain why you and the company are a good fit. Show the recruiter that youve done your research. Mention a recent company event or express your interest in an aspect of the company that isnt widely known. Remember, everyone loves flattery, but dont go over the top.
取悅你的讀者：第三段應(yīng)該闡明你為什么希望在這家特別的司公作工。解釋一下為什么你和司公很搭。讓招聘員工了解你已經(jīng)做過調(diào)查研究。說說司公最近發(fā)生的一件事情或者表達(dá)出你對司公里并不廣為人知的一個(gè)方面的興趣。記�。好總�(gè)人都喜歡聽好話，但是，別做過頭。
Follow-Up: Your final paragraph should be only a few sentences. Thank the recruiter for reading your letter, then request an interview and provide your phone number. Or, be proactive and state that youll call in a week to follow-up. Then do it.
結(jié)尾段：結(jié)尾段應(yīng)該只有幾個(gè)句子。感謝招聘員工閱讀你的信，然后提出面試要求并留下你的電話號碼，或者主動點(diǎn)，說明一周內(nèi)你會打電話跟進(jìn)，然后記得去做。
