　　I don’t know what that dream is that you have, I don’t care how disappointing it might have been as you’ve been wo-rking toward that dream, but that dream that you’re holding in your mind, that it’s possible!

　　Some of you already know, that it’s hard, it’s not easy, it’s hard changing your life. That in the process of wo-rking on your dreams you are going to incur a lot of disappointment, a lot of failure, a lot of pain. There are moments that you are going to doubt yourself. You said, God why is this happening to me? I’m just trying to take care of my family, trying to give them a good life, I’m not trying to steal o-r rob from anybody. Why does this have to happen to me. Fo-r those of you that have experienced some hardships – don’t give up on your dream.

　　thre time of young is limitted,it may pass by without your attention,and when you discover what has happened ,it is always too late.grasping the young well means a better time is waiting for you in the near future,or the situation may be opposite .

　　青春的時(shí)光是有限的，稍不注意轉(zhuǎn)瞬即逝，當(dāng)你發(fā)現(xiàn)已不再年輕時(shí)，為時(shí)已晚矣。所以我們要把握年輕，一個(gè)更加美好的時(shí)光在不久的將來等著你，否則你將失去這些。

　　having a view on these great men in the history of hunmanbeing,they all made full use of their youth time ,to do things that are useful to society,to the whole mankind,and as a cosquence ,they are remembered by later generations,admired by everyone.so do something in the time of young,although you may not get achievements as these greatmen did ,though not for the whole word,just for youeself,for those around!

　　過去的那些偉人，他們都充分利用了自己的青春時(shí)光，做一些對(duì)社會(huì)是有益的，對(duì)整個(gè)人類，作為一個(gè)時(shí)代的創(chuàng)造者，他們被后人的每個(gè)人所銘記。所以年輕的時(shí)候要做好自己，即使你可能做不到這些偉人的成就，但至少可以為為自己，為周圍的人做點(diǎn)什么!

　　the young is just like blooming flowers,they are so beautiful when blooming,they make people feel happy,but with time passing by,after they withers ,moet people think they are ugly.

　　年輕就像盛開的花朵，他們是如此美麗盛開的時(shí)候，他們讓人們感到滿意，但隨著時(shí)間的推移，歲月會(huì)讓你變老.

　　and so it is the same with young,we are enthusiastic when we are young,then we may lose our passion when getting older and older.

　　good afternoon everyone

　　(students) good afternoon we all have this one life to live a fleeting shadow amongst all that exists in this vast universe we have the ability to accomplish anything

　　truly anything if we use our time wisely (background music) (Professor) is this jar full?

　　(Students) yes

　　is it full now?

　　(students) yes how about now, is the jar full now?

　　(students) yes (Professor chuckles to himself) classroom laughter

　　more classroom laugher now I want you to recognize that this jar represents your life the golf balls... are the important things, your family, your friends, your health and your passions the pebbles are the other important things, your car, your job, your home the sand is everything else, the small stuff

　　now if you put the sand in the jar first you won't have room for the pebbles or the golf balls the same is true in life if you spend all your energy and your time on the small stuff you won't have time for all the really important things that matter to you pay attention to the things that are critical to your happiness

　　take care of the golf balls first the really important things set your priorities because everything else is just sand professor, what does the beer represent? (students laugh)

　　I'm glad you asked it goes to show that no matter how full your life may seem to be there is always room for a couple of beers with a friend。
