　　有簡歷為何還要自我介紹?

　　一個常規(guī)的面試，寒暄之后面試官提出的第一個問題幾乎千篇一律：“請您簡單地做一下自我介紹”。有些被面試者都會問：簡歷中情況已經(jīng)寫得很清楚了，這是否多此一舉?

　　要回答這個問題，首先搞清楚為什么面試官要請你做自我介紹?面試官通過自我介紹想考察被面試者什么?只有了解面試官的目的，被面試者才能做好自我介紹。

　　面試官通過被面試者自我介紹要考察以下五方面內容：

　　第一，考察自我介紹內容和遞交簡歷內容是否相沖突?如果簡歷是真實的，口述自我介紹就不會有明顯出入。如果簡歷有假，自我介紹階段一般就會漏馬腳。如被面試者反問：“我的.經(jīng)歷在簡歷里都寫了”，面試官會認為這人個色，印象分一下子降為負數(shù)。

　　第二，考察被面試者基本的邏輯思維能力、語言表達能力，總結提煉概括能力。

　　第三，考察被面試者是否聚焦，是否簡練和精干，現(xiàn)場的感知能力與把控能力。

　　第四，考察被面試者初步的自我認知能力和價值取向。因為被面試者要敘述職業(yè)切換關鍵節(jié)點處的原因，尤其要考察最近職業(yè)變動的原因。

　　第五，考察被面試者是否聽明白了面試官的話以及時間的掌控能力。有時面試官給出的問題是“請您用3到5分鐘做一自我介紹”，被面試者有時一介紹就超過10分鐘，甚至20分鐘，逼得面試官不得不多次提醒引導。

　　所以說，自我介紹是被面試者在紙面之外最能夠呈現(xiàn)能力的一個地方。一般情況下，也是被面試者在整個面試過程中惟一一次主動展示自我的機會。如果還有一次，那就是面試官最后一個問題：“您還有什么問我的?”但這個問題通常只是面試官認為被面試者基本靠譜了，才會留下這個問題。

　　自我介紹和簡歷有何區(qū)別?

　　面試和簡歷還有兩個重要區(qū)別：第一，面試是一個雙向互動的過程，簡歷是單方向呈現(xiàn)。有些人可能工作經(jīng)驗很豐富，專業(yè)能力很突出，但是面試的經(jīng)驗不足，所以面對面試官敘述吞吞吐吐，抓不住要點。

　　第二，簡歷介紹應是倒敘為好，但面試正相反。當你面向面試官時，應按照時間的順序從前往后講，先講你上大學的教育經(jīng)歷，之后從你參加工作，一直講到現(xiàn)在，因為面試官要聽到你整個成長的經(jīng)歷。否則，面試官會有一種很錯亂的感覺。
