原汁原味商務英語探討培訓方法
This is the second part of our Business English Pod series on training and development vocabulary and collocations. 這是有關(guān)培訓和詞匯，習慣用語學習的商務英語播客的第二部分。
Good training is crucial for any company, big or small. How can we expect people to do a good job if they don't have the right knowledge, skills, and tools? Providing employees with these tools is a key function of training. 好的培訓對于任何或大或小的公司都至關(guān)重要。如果沒有正確的知識，技能和工具，我們怎么能期待他把工作做好呢？給職員們這樣的工具是培訓的主要功能。
And training is what we'll be talking about today. We'll be looking at some important vocabulary and collocations related to training. Remember, collocations are natural combinations of words that native speakers commonly use. There are no clear rules to collocation, only patterns. When you learn a new word, you should try to learn what other words are used with it. For example, you might think that "crime" is a useful word to know, but it will be difficult to use it if you don't know that we usually use the verb "commit" before it, as in: "commit a crime." 培訓是今天我們要談論的。我們將繼續(xù)學習一些重要的和培訓有關(guān)的詞匯和習慣用語。記住，習慣用語是以英語為母語的人通常使用的單詞的自然組合。對于習慣用語沒有明確的規(guī)則，只有一定的模式。當你學一個新的單詞，你需要試著學習什么樣的'詞和這個搭配。比如，你可能會覺得犯罪這個詞很有用，但是如果你不知道在這個詞之前使用commit這個詞，我們還是沒有學會正確的表達。
