　　中國銀行在收到您的信函后，會將您的匯款退回。無論金額大小，中國銀行都免收退款手續(xù)費。需要提醒您的是，您可能需承擔因匯率變動而帶來的收益或損失。中國銀行建議您在辦理匯款前，最好在中國銀行經辦網點開立一個新元賬戶，從該賬戶中將款項匯出，中國銀行在退款時也就可以按照原路將款項退回至該賬戶。

　　若未能在規(guī)定的時間內辦理賬戶開立手續(xù)，銀行有權注銷事先安排的客戶參考號，并可在扣除有關費雷后將匯款資金原路退回。

　　2、我們?yōu)槟A填了賬戶類型為新元儲蓄賬戶，這將是最適合您初到新加坡后使用的賬戶。如申請成功，您將收到您擬開立賬戶的客戶參考號，同擬開立賬戶相關的其它資料將在您到達新加坡完成賬戶開立手續(xù)后發(fā)放。如果您需要開設其他類型賬戶，請到新加坡后前往我行申請。

　　3、出生日期請按照護照填寫，日期或月份為1位數時，請在前面用0補足，如1988年08月08日。

　　4、我們在國籍欄為您預填為中國 CHINESE。如果您非中國籍人士，請放棄填寫表格，我行暫不對外籍人士提供此項服務。護照簽發(fā)國家欄同理。

　　5、中國家庭地址請務必填寫可以保證您能安全收到郵件的中國地址以及可以聯(lián)絡到您的聯(lián)系電話。在您告知我們您在新加坡的地址和聯(lián)系電話前，我們將根據此欄的信息同您聯(lián)系一切有關賬戶的事宜。

　　6、請確保您的簽名與護照簽名一致。

　　4.客戶聲明 Declaration

　　1、本人申請在中國銀行新加坡分行（以下簡稱銀行）開立以上賬戶，并確認所提供的開戶申請資料真實、有效。如果本表格中填寫的任何資料發(fā)生變化，本人將立即通知銀行。

　　I wish to open an account with Bank of China Ltd, Singapore Branch (thereafter called as the Bank). I confirm that all the information given on this application form is true and correct. I will notify the Bank immediately if any details stated on this application form change. 2、本人理解并同意一旦賬戶申請獲得批準，本人須在銀行接受申請后6個月內攜帶相關證件前往銀行完成有關賬戶開立手續(xù)；在賬戶正式開立前，所有匯入資金沒有利息，且不受新加坡存款保險計劃的保護；若本人未能在規(guī)定的時間內辦理賬戶開立手續(xù)，銀行有權注銷安排給本人的客戶參考號，并可在扣除有關費用后將匯款資金原路退回。本人理解并同意銀行在實行上述權利時無需事先通知本人。

　　I understand and agree that I am required to bring the requisite documents to the Bank for completion of necessary account opening procedure within 6 months after the Bank accepts my application. I understand and agree that prior to the account being successfully opened, there is no interest to be paid to the funds remitted in by reference to Customer Reference No. assigned to me and such funds are not insured by the Deposit Insurance Scheme under the Deposit Insurance Act; if I fail to go to the Bank in the stipulated period, the Bank has the right to cancel such Customer Reference No. and if the funds have been transferred by tele-transfer, the Bank may refund the funds in the same route after deducting necessary costs incurred or suffered by the Bank. I further understand and agree the Bank is entitled the aforesaid rights at the Bank’s discretion and without prior notice.

　　3、如果由于本人所提供的開戶申請信息有誤或不可抗力原因而導致的遲開戶或錯開戶，銀行不承擔責任。

　　I agree and confirm that the Bank should not be liable or responsible for any delay in opening account, or account opened in error because of incorrect application information provided by me or force majeure.

　　4、本人同意遵守新加坡的相關法律、法規(guī)，并在法律允許的范圍內使用賬戶。

　　I agree to abide and be bound by the related laws and regulations of Singapore and use the account within the compliance of Singapore law.

　　5、本人知曉本聲明以英文版本為準，銀行對可能因中文翻譯所導致的任何誤解不承擔任何責任。

　　I am aware that this declaration is construed by the English version and the Bank will not be held responsible for any misunderstanding that may be caused by the Chinese translation.
