2017翻譯資格考試初級口譯練習題及答案
英譯中：
（1） New Zealand is a South Pacific country located midway between the Equator and the South Pole， with a land of 268，105 square kilometers and a population of over three million。 （第63頁—黃）

簡析：縱觀口譯考題，出題者十分聰明地將有關課文的每篇的首句作為考題來出，真是用心良苦。試想每篇文章的首句或每段文章的第一句話不是有提綱挈領的作用嗎？理解了首句往往就能了解文章的大概。這和閱讀理解的要求有著很大的相通性。所以加強平日對英語句子的敏感性十分有必要。
（2） When the washing cycle is over， the machine fries the plates and glasses with its own heart， and indeed they can be left inside until they are needed for the next meal。 （P。367）
洗滌過程完成后，洗碗機用自身的熱量將盤子和杯子烘干。杯盤還可以留在機內待下一餐使用時再取出。
