二、備忘錄
備忘錄是一種正式的專業(yè)文件。它結(jié)構(gòu)清晰、閱讀方便、傳遞迅速，經(jīng)常為公司或團(tuán)體用于各部門(mén)之間傳遞信息、提醒和督促對(duì)方做某事。大多數(shù)備忘錄的特點(diǎn)是簡(jiǎn)明扼要，但它們同時(shí)也應(yīng)具備優(yōu)秀應(yīng)用文的其他寫(xiě)作原則：面向你的讀者，表達(dá)清楚且準(zhǔn)確。
備忘錄通常提出請(qǐng)求或發(fā)布人們對(duì)某個(gè)具體問(wèn)題的迅速反應(yīng)。備忘錄簡(jiǎn)潔短小，各部分題目雖然看上去有些唐突，但它們可以使讀者對(duì)事情有個(gè)大致了解并快速做出反應(yīng)。
備忘錄有約定俗成的結(jié)構(gòu)和格式，一般由五個(gè)部分組成：
To: 收文人
From: 發(fā)文人
Date: 日期
Subject: 事由，內(nèi)容只需要用名詞或動(dòng)名詞等少數(shù)幾個(gè)詞，甚至一個(gè)詞做簡(jiǎn)略陳述。
Message: 正文，直入主題，列出最重要的信息或結(jié)論。
備忘錄的特點(diǎn)是不拘禮節(jié)，重視信息的準(zhǔn)確、清楚。交代的事情應(yīng)該簡(jiǎn)明扼要，一段話說(shuō)明一個(gè)意思。備忘錄一般不用簽名，也無(wú)需蓋章。另外，備忘錄中也可以稱呼語(yǔ)及結(jié)尾敬語(yǔ)。
