　　一、教學(xué)目標(biāo)與要求

　　1、能夠聽、說、認(rèn)讀本課時的主要詞組:taller stronger older younger shorter。

　　2、能認(rèn)讀句型:How tall are you ?I’m 164cm.You’re shorter than me. You’re 4cm taller than me .

　　二、教學(xué)重點與難點

　　1、重點掌握形容詞比較級的構(gòu)成。

　　2、難點是對新句型 How tall are you ?I’m 164cm.You’re shorter than me. You’re 4cm taller than me .的理解和運用。

　　三、課前準(zhǔn)備

　　1、教師準(zhǔn)備本課時所需的六張詞卡。

　　2、教師準(zhǔn)備錄音機和錄音帶。

　　3、教師準(zhǔn)備本單元的.掛圖。

　　四、教學(xué)過程

　　1、 Warm-up

　　(1)教師在黑板上貼上一些人物的圖像，讓學(xué)生分辨Who is tall /strong/old/young/short?，然后讓學(xué)生回答。

　　2、 Presentation and practice

　　let’s learn

　　(1)教師指著比較高的Tom和比較矮的Wuyifan問Who is tall ?S:Tom. T:Tom is taller than Wuyifan ,用動作來示意學(xué)生，幫助學(xué)生理解。然后出示taller的單詞卡片，示范讀taller.

　　(2)教學(xué)單詞taller，邊說邊做動作，學(xué)生跟做。開火車合拼單詞,小組比賽快速熟練的拼讀。幫助學(xué)生用tall+er來記憶。簡單介紹形容詞的比較級第一種情況是在形容詞的后面直接加“er”.本課時的幾個單詞都屬于這種變化。

　　(3)教師用同樣的方法教學(xué)其他四個四會單詞stronger older younger shorter

　　(4)將五張單詞卡放在一起請學(xué)生認(rèn)讀。男女比賽誰讀錯或不會讀將扣去相應(yīng)男女組的分?jǐn)?shù)。

　　(5)教師把一高一矮的學(xué)生叫他們站起來，然后說You’re taller than your classmate! 引導(dǎo)學(xué)生做出相應(yīng)的回答:Yes!教師問，How tall are you ?學(xué)生答I’m 160cm.學(xué)習(xí)let’s chant.(聽磁帶，分句練。)
