      簡歷是由多個局部內(nèi)容組成的,一個局部內(nèi)容如果中規(guī)中矩的倒是不會對簡歷產(chǎn)生過大的影響,但是如果太差則很可能會因?yàn)檫@一點(diǎn)就讓人對整個簡歷產(chǎn)生不好的影響。

      俗話說:一子走錯滿盤皆輸,我們一定要重視局部的細(xì)節(jié),這里說的重視就是說局部內(nèi)容的規(guī)范性,而不是說要你過分去鉆牛角尖,那么就沒有任何的必要。這就是整體和局部之間的關(guān)系,在整體上要呈現(xiàn)出整齊的布局才能獲取好印象,有些求職者的簡歷真的挺有趣的,把某部分內(nèi)容弄得是稀奇古怪的,有這么兩種情況,第一,就是為了突出自己的優(yōu)勢內(nèi)容而特意把某個部分進(jìn)行粉飾,比如工作內(nèi)容是求職者的王牌,結(jié)果求職者就把這部分內(nèi)容采用底紋形式標(biāo)記,或者把這部分的字體改為其他顏色以此達(dá)到突出的目的。還有一部分求職者則是采取其他方法進(jìn)行布局,總之使得某個部分和其他部分完全不同,顯得非常不協(xié)調(diào),那么這種突出效果還不如不要強(qiáng)調(diào)。

      第二,就是在同一部分內(nèi)容當(dāng)中使用不同的布置,例如簡歷的個人能力描述,求職者把自己的專業(yè)技能放在最前面這是無可厚非的,但是求職者不能把一行內(nèi)容就標(biāo)記其他顏色或者可以加粗,那么后面的內(nèi)容和它搭配得協(xié)調(diào)?
