　　職位能力素質( Competencies )是應聘者是否具備工作所需的基本能力素質和職業素養。如：所學知識、智能水平、工作經驗、工作主動性、人際關系等，能力的培養是和真正不斷地吸收新知識、新經驗密不可分的，是人生的閱歷和長者的傳授相結合的。只有不斷充實自己，才能贏在各個起跑點上。

　　衡量一個職位主要有三個核心要素，這是面試時最重要的采分點，占80～90%。這是企業為了實現其戰略目標、獲得成功，而對應聘者所具備的職業素養、能力和知識的綜合要求。面試時，著重考察應聘者“怎樣表現自己(How it is performed )”。

　　話題緊扣以下三方面來展現自己的優勢：

　　1.專業技能( Professional Skill )：

　　應聘者是否具備工作所需的專業技能。這是考核應聘者長期技術訓練和知識積累的結果。面試時主要考察你是否適合這項工作。

　　例13：I：What make you think you would be a success in this position?

　　例14：I：How do you rate yourself as a professional?(你如何評估自己是位專業人員呢?)

　　A：With my strong academic background, I am capable and competent. I think your unit needs a man like me.

　　3.工作經驗(working experience)：

　　對口的經驗是目前各用人單位特別重視的一點，考核應聘者是否做過空缺職位的相關工作，并積累了相關的經驗，是否熟悉該項業務流程的運做，能否以最快的速度投入到工作中去，并帶來新的思路和方法。主考官看到你的經驗當然為你加分，所以，你下一步要談出自己的工作經驗：

　　這時，你要給他一個最簡單、最明確、最自信的答復，同時給出理由：

　　A：Yes. Because I do believe that my qualifications and experience perfectly match what you are looking for. I have the experience you are looking for，and think I will be one of the best in this field.

　　例17：I：Why do you think you are qualified for this position?

　　A：I have spent the last 3 years working specially in this field. I think I can bring a lot of experience and knowledge with me. With my qualifications and experience, I feel I am hardworking, responsible and diligent in any project I undertake. Your organization could benefit from my analytical and interpersonal skills.
