　　中職畢業(yè)生寫簡歷應(yīng)注意的問題

　　(一)寫法靈活，忌硬套格式

　　安排結(jié)構(gòu)、運(yùn)用筆墨應(yīng)遵循古人所說“定體則無，大體須有”的原則才是。也就是說，既要考慮一般規(guī)律，又要結(jié)合自身實際來確立重點(diǎn)、謀篇布局、組織材料，絕不可死搬硬套。

　　(二)揚(yáng)長避短，忌泛泛而談

　　從群體上看，中專畢業(yè)生的劣勢是閱歷較少、知識層次相對不高;優(yōu)勢是學(xué)校專業(yè)設(shè)置大多貼近市場實際、貼近一線需要，且中專畢業(yè)生年青、肯吃苦、可塑性強(qiáng)。從個體來說，每位畢業(yè)生的優(yōu)勢與長項又各不相同，如有相當(dāng)一部分畢業(yè)生動手操作能力較好;有些學(xué)生非常上進(jìn)，上學(xué)期間還同時參加了職業(yè)資格考試或自學(xué) 考試。所以，在實事求是，不弄虛作假的前提下，要特別注意揚(yáng)長避短，從而在競爭中取得優(yōu)勢，打動聘任者。沒有重點(diǎn)和章法的寫作易使文章顯得頭緒不清、條理紊亂。

　　個人簡介的`語體屬于應(yīng)用語體，特點(diǎn)是：①措辭力求準(zhǔn)確、恰當(dāng)，不宜用口語詞、歧意詞和生僻的簡稱。②句法要求完整嚴(yán)密，一般不用感嘆句、省略句，更不能出現(xiàn)病句。③語言簡潔，個人簡介講究以事實說話，寫作過程即是將事實歸納、分類的過程，文章力避重復(fù)、?嗦、冗長，切忌大話、空話滿篇。④語氣以平實為主，某些地方也可寫得較為活潑生動(如開頭、結(jié)尾部分)，但不宜用抒情色彩濃重的詞語和夸張等修辭手法;同時，既要謙虛又不能謙卑，既要自信又不能自傲。

　　在語言運(yùn)用上，一定要有“推敲”精神，逐字、逐句、逐段的研究、探討，才能寫出較為出色的文章來。
