      技巧一:尊重個人及文化差異

      任何面試都帶有一定程度的主觀性。也就是說面試官是否欣賞你也可能成為最后的決定性因素。因此在英語面試的過程中,應(yīng)當盡量避免由于對英語語言的駕馭能力不足,而引發(fā)的不敬甚至冒犯。

      具體而言,主要有兩種做法要特別注意避免。首先是要避免使用過于生僻的單詞,或是地方俚語之類接受群體相對比較小的表達方式。因為這種表達方式很有可能造成聽者的困惑與曲解。

      其次則是要避免過多,過于主觀地談及宗教文化或時事政治方面的問題。不少面試者出于第一項提到的急于展示英語水平的目的,或是想給面試官留下深刻印象的目的,常常會犯這個錯誤。

      技巧二:注意英語時態(tài)的變化運用

      應(yīng)聘者在參加空乘英語面試前大都作過充分的語言知識的準備與練習。那么在眾多的英語語法規(guī)則中為什么要單獨強調(diào)時態(tài)的運用呢?其一是因為由于和漢語的表達習慣不同,這是一個口語中極其常見的錯誤。但同時來說,時態(tài)又是比較基本的語法點,一旦用錯,會讓面試官對面試者的英語能力產(chǎn)生質(zhì)疑。其二是因為在面試過程中,往往會涉及到很多關(guān)于個人經(jīng)歷,教育背景,工作經(jīng)驗,職業(yè)規(guī)劃等方面的問題,因此在表述某件事情或是某個想法的時候,一定要注意配合正確的時態(tài),否則就會造成差之毫厘,失之千里的后果。

      技巧三:以英語為載體,展示工作才能

      與英語考試的口試不同,面試人員通常是由航空公司的人事主管,空乘部門主管或公司高層組成,他們更關(guān)心和器重的是你的專業(yè)知識和工作能力,而英語此時只是一種交流工具,或者說是你要展示的眾多技能中的一種,因此要切忌為說英語而說英語,有些人就怕自己的英語減分,為了希望給面試官留下英語水平高的印象,常常會大量的使用事先準備好的花哨的詞匯及句式,而真正針對面試官所提問題的、與工作有關(guān)的個人見解卻很少。最后除了得到一句英語不錯的夸獎之外,恐怕很難有理想的收獲
