　　1. 描述成就要有邏輯

　　描述你接到的任務或需要解決的難題，為了解決問題，你具體做了什么，結果如何。

　　例句:

　　When I started as branch manager, annual employee turnover was 25 percent. I implemented an employee satisfaction survey and suggestion program, established coaching plans for supervisors, and instituted a weekly staff meeting. As a result of these efforts, the employee turnover rate is now10 percent.

　　翻譯：

　　在我剛剛開始做分部的經理時，員工的人員流動率是25%。我實施了員工滿意度調研和建議項目，為管理層建立了員工指導計劃，并且制定了員工周會制度。通過這一系列的措施，現在員工流動率已經降至10%。

　　2. 使用具體的案例或數據

　　具體案例或數據能夠增加可信度。如果你寫的是一份個人簡歷，清晰列明你的工作年限，有沖擊力的職務，享有聲望的客戶，教育背景，專業認證，或其他相關的文憑認證等。

　　相比一句干巴巴的"always maintain good customer relations", 以下證明更具說服力：
