中美兩國達成氣候減排合約，意味著全球最大的兩個碳排放體進入全球碳排放體系。中美氣候減排的合約也是中國市場開啟的一個信號，現在全國碳排放權交易市場方案已經進入了加速研究的階段，并且有可能在2016年推出，中國市場將迎來新機遇。
